Terms and Conditions
Deposit
Your cake order will only be booked in once the deposit has been paid. The deposit will be 50% of the total balance of your cake order. Final payment must be paid upon collection or delivery for celebration cakes.
The balance for wedding cakes must be paid two weeks before completion date. Wedding cakes will be delivery only and will require a signature once set up.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cake Changes
Any changes to your cake order will be accepted until 2 weeks prior to the event date, changes after this time may incur a charge.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, deposits are non-refundable. Any balance paid after the deposit will be refunded if the cake is cancelled over two weeks before the cake is due.
Photographs
We reserve the right to photograph your cake order, before delivery/collection for our reference and advertising.
Release and Liability
We will work with you to ensure you are completely happy with your order. We shall not be held responsible for your cake once your order has been delivered or collected. We will advise you on how to store/transport your cake beforehand.
